Massage oil is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Integrated Swedish massage uses a variety of techniques to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension, and create other health benefits. It is specialized variety of a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Prenatal $120
Specialized massage offered to those in any stage of pregnancy.
Lymphatic $130
Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. People have been known to lose weight, have increased energy level, and decreased stress.
Cupping $135
Looking for deep tissue release? Massage cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open, and expand the body’s soft tissues.
Hot Stone $145
Hot stones are heated and used as an extension of the therapist’s hands. The therapeutic effects of heat are used to target deeper muscles and soothe extreme tension.
